Spirals is the largest buffet of its kind in the metro, with over 300 dishes divided over a number of different cuisines in Asia and Europe. One should not miss out on the dimsum buffet section, which is arguably the most popular of all sections in this buffet. The spacious room where the buffet is set can also accommodate to as much as 500 people.

Circles in Makati Shangri-La Hotel is another top hotel buffet. This buffet introduced the Interactive Theater Kitchen concept, wherein the chefs get to interact with the diners and accommodate customized dishes cooked right in front of your eyes. This is probably one of the busiest hotel buffets in the metro owing to its location in the Makati CBD. Circles also has its themed buffets, most notably during Fiesta Filipino Wednesday, because of the lechon (roasted suckling pig) and other Filipino dishes.

For a more intimate dining experience, there's the Paseo Uno in Mandarin Oriental. Unlike other buffets that maximize open space for a family dining experience, Paseo Uno is different as it has dining partitions of cupboards that prevent excessive noise circulation and assure you with a bit of dining privacy. Although smaller compared to other hotel buffets, food quality is superb and service is impeccable maybe due to the small number of customers.
